If you would like to delete your Polerina account and associated data, you can do so in one of the following ways:

Option 1- In-App Deletion

Open the Polerina app → Go to Profile → Select "Delete Account".

Option 2 - Requested via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting:

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account

Once your request is verified:

• Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted
• Uploaded documents will be removed from active systems
• Some information may be retained if required by law (e.g., accounting obligations)

Processing time: up to 7 business days.
